Why is it important to build resilience and to have a spiritual connection?
There comes a time in our lives where things happen that are out of our control. A loved one passes, natural disasters happen, viruses break out, war, the list goes on. When we develop resilience and have a spiritual practice or faith, it helps us better respond to those events. Resilience is defined as the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; inner toughness. What builds resilience is what we do on a daily basis. Exercise, proper nutrition, the content we feed our brain, how we talk to ourselves and others. Having a spiritual practice is key because when you have faith, and your connected to something greater, you don’t take things as personally, you have faith and trust that it is all happening within a divine plan and evolution. That the loved ones we loose are still alive, their soul remain and we know we can connect to them and we will see them once again. I know this because as a trained intuitive and medium, I can easily connect to deceased loved ones and receive messages. I share this because I want to ignite faith within you and open your awareness to so much more that is available to you. What creates a spiritual connection or faith is by having a meditation practice, learning from other spiritual teachers, God, seeing the light in all things. When you practice these two things on a daily basis, you will have stronger resilience, and develop a faith in God, the Universe so that the next time something happens that is out of control, your response to yourself and life will be much easier.
